Who We Are

We are more than enough: We are the ones that stand up to fear and look at it right in the eye without any doubt. We are a band of brothers that help each other up when we are down and celebrate when we share our victories together. We are a pack of wolves, hungry for vulnerability and truth. We are the Wolfpack brotherhood.

How It Started

In 2020, a group of men joined an online course about personal growth. After the course was done, they decided to continue meeting on a weekly basis to further develop what they learned. After putting some thought into it, they decided to create a group for men to be seen and heard for who they truly are—no masks or fakeness, just pure love and vulnerability. At that moment, the Wolfpack Brotherhood was born!

What We Do

  • Online meetings

  • Weekend Retreats

  • Community Events

  • Social Events

At Wolfpack Brotherhood, we create a space where men can connect, grow, and transform together. Through weekly online meetings, immersive weekend retreats, and powerful community events, we help men break free from isolation and step into their full potential.

Our gatherings are built on truth, vulnerability, and brotherhood—no masks, no egos, just real men supporting each other. Whether you’re looking for deep conversations, shared experiences, or personal breakthroughs, Wolfpack Brotherhood is where you find your tribe.

Weekend Retreat

Our Core Values

Together We Stand

Unity

We support each other as men to improve ourselves and elevate our quality of life (mentally, spiritually and physically.) We move away from the “lone wolf” mentality.

Guided by Purpose

Purpose

We take responsibility for ourselves, our communities and society as a whole by helping others grow and overcome the challenges within.

Constant Growth

Growth

We consciously face our fears and step out of our comfort zones to grow. Embracing the idea that each man has a healthy and unhealthy wolf within, we commit to feeding the healthy wolf—always striving to improve ourselves and lead by example.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is men’s work?

L
K
As far as the dictionary goes:

men’s work

NOUN

Work traditionally undertaken by, and regarded as suited to, men, especially heavy manual work.

We do heavy work but it’s definitely not manual. We are here to rewrite the common concept that “Men don’t cry”, “Men don’t have feelings”, “Suck it up and dust it off”. It’s a process that helps men take their armor off and be seen and heard for who they truly are. It’s a container in which men can show up with other men and be a mirror for everyone to bounce off ideas and help each other see our blind spots. It’s a place where the “Lone wolf” becomes part of a pack! It’s all that and more…

When do meetings taking place?

L
K
Meetings take place once a week at a set time. We will place you in a group that meets at a time convenient for you.

What happens in meetings?

L
K
Meetings are two hours long. Each meeting starts with a grounding exercise, such as a guided meditation. The remainder of the first hour consists of member shares during which you will have an opportunity to share your current struggles and wins with the group. We focus on feelings, not stories.

We spend the second hour in exercises designed to facilitate personal growth, also known as ‘Men’s work.’ We find that personal growth leads to happiness, freedom, and inner peace, which is why we do it even when it’s hard. Each month has a specific theme, such as your relationship with a parent.

Is there a contract I am locked into?

L
K
There is no contract. First step would be to do a quick meeting through Zoom to make sure we are a good fit for each other and explain in deeper detail of how everything works. After that process you will be assigned to one of our groups depending on your time zone or work schedule.

What is the commitment?

L
K
We are not a casual drop-in group. All brothers are required to show up in time when the meeting starts and make sure they have 2 hours to be present and have privacy to talk about any subject that comes up. Attendance is very important since that is what bonds the group tighter.

I have never done anything like this in the past and I’m not sure it’s for me.

L
K
None of us had any idea of what we were getting into when we decided to join the Wolfpack. We offer open pack meetings once a month during which we will answer your questions and let you see what men’s work is all about.

Is this only for men?

L
K
The Wolfpack Brotherhood is for any individual who identifies as male. We will help you develop healthy masculinity regardless of sex at birth.

We currently do not offer groups for individuals who identify as female or non-binary. We have the upmost respect for all persons, but this organization was formed for individuals who identify as male, no different from an organization for individuals who identify as a certain race or ethnicity. We do not aim to judge others or place them in arbitrary groups or categories. We simply find that mens work, done in groups of men, is extremely helpful for those individuals.

Is your organization religious or spiritually based?

L
K
No, we do not associate with any religious sect or denomination, nor do we ascribe to any particular belief structure or dogma. We are men who want to open our hearts and minds to grow. We find ourselves among brothers with extremely different backgrounds and socio-political beliefs. We focus on uniting and learning to love ourselves and each other in spite of our differences.

At times we engage in mens work that may be influenced by Buddhist or Native American beliefs, 12-step programs or other healing modalities. Our goal is to borrow what works from established traditions.
