Who We Are
We are more than enough: We are the ones that stand up to fear and look at it right in the eye without any doubt. We are a band of brothers that help each other up when we are down and celebrate when we share our victories together. We are a pack of wolves, hungry for vulnerability and truth. We are the Wolfpack brotherhood.
How It Started
In 2020, a group of men joined an online course about personal growth. After the course was done, they decided to continue meeting on a weekly basis to further develop what they learned. After putting some thought into it, they decided to create a group for men to be seen and heard for who they truly are—no masks or fakeness, just pure love and vulnerability. At that moment, the Wolfpack Brotherhood was born!

Weekend Retreat
Our Core Values

Together We Stand
Unity
We support each other as men to improve ourselves and elevate our quality of life (mentally, spiritually and physically.) We move away from the “lone wolf” mentality.

Guided by Purpose
Purpose
We take responsibility for ourselves, our communities and society as a whole by helping others grow and overcome the challenges within.

Constant Growth
Growth
We consciously face our fears and step out of our comfort zones to grow. Embracing the idea that each man has a healthy and unhealthy wolf within, we commit to feeding the healthy wolf—always striving to improve ourselves and lead by example.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is men’s work?
men’s work
NOUN
Work traditionally undertaken by, and regarded as suited to, men, especially heavy manual work.
We do heavy work but it’s definitely not manual. We are here to rewrite the common concept that “Men don’t cry”, “Men don’t have feelings”, “Suck it up and dust it off”. It’s a process that helps men take their armor off and be seen and heard for who they truly are. It’s a container in which men can show up with other men and be a mirror for everyone to bounce off ideas and help each other see our blind spots. It’s a place where the “Lone wolf” becomes part of a pack! It’s all that and more…
When do meetings taking place?
What happens in meetings?
We spend the second hour in exercises designed to facilitate personal growth, also known as ‘Men’s work.’ We find that personal growth leads to happiness, freedom, and inner peace, which is why we do it even when it’s hard. Each month has a specific theme, such as your relationship with a parent.
Is there a contract I am locked into?
What is the commitment?
I have never done anything like this in the past and I’m not sure it’s for me.
Is this only for men?
We currently do not offer groups for individuals who identify as female or non-binary. We have the upmost respect for all persons, but this organization was formed for individuals who identify as male, no different from an organization for individuals who identify as a certain race or ethnicity. We do not aim to judge others or place them in arbitrary groups or categories. We simply find that mens work, done in groups of men, is extremely helpful for those individuals.
Is your organization religious or spiritually based?
At times we engage in mens work that may be influenced by Buddhist or Native American beliefs, 12-step programs or other healing modalities. Our goal is to borrow what works from established traditions.
